My GOD those shoes are delicious. Nicole found them the other day and sent them to me. Unfortunately I couldn't find them on the designer's website, but I might not have been looking hard enough. The pics were found here or here.

Oh, and have you heard of Hulu? Because it has old episodes of Buffy for free and that makes it my internet friend, lol.
